Who May Hold an 11xplay Account in India

You must be 18 or older. That is the first condition and there is no flexibility in it — an 11xplay account opened by anybody under eighteen is closed the moment it comes to light, and any balance on it is returned to the source of the deposits rather than paid out.

An 11xplay ID belongs to one person, the person the desk spoke to when it was issued. It is not a family login and it cannot be handed to somebody else, sold, or run by an agent on your behalf. One person, one 11xplay account: a second ID opened by the same player, whether by accident or on purpose, gets merged or suspended.

Verification stops at a mobile number. There is no PAN, no Aadhaar and no document upload anywhere in opening an 11xplay account, which is why the age condition sits on your word and the desk’s judgement. Give a false age and the account is void from the day it opened, not from the day anyone noticed.

You also confirm that you are using 11xplay from a place where doing so is lawful for you. Rules on this differ from state to state in India, and that call is yours to make, not the desk’s.

Your 11xplay Username and Everything Done Under It

You choose the username when the 11xplay desk opens the account, and the desk issues the first password. Change that password once you are in. From then on, every bet, deposit and withdrawal recorded under that ID is treated as yours.

Voiding returns the stake. It is not a loss and it is not a win — the money simply comes back to the 11xplay wallet, and this is when it happens.

A match abandoned without a result voids the outright markets on it, though completed session lines settle where the innings actually ended. If a fixture is moved to another day, open 11xplay bets on it stand unless the market itself is withdrawn. Rain-shortened games settle on the official result once it is published.

Then there are palpable errors. When a price appears that is plainly wrong — a decimal in the wrong place, an odds feed that froze mid-over — 11xplay voids the bets struck on it and returns the stakes. A technical fault is treated the same way. Threatening or abusing the people on the desk. Betting on an outcome you already know from a faster feed, repeatedly and deliberately. Any of these gets the 11xplay account suspended while the ledger is reviewed, and confirmed cases close it permanently.

Where an account is closed for a breach, deposits that were never played are returned to their source. Winnings built on the breach itself are not paid — that is is the whole point of the rule.

You can close your own 11xplay account any time, for any reason, with one message to the desk. Withdraw the balance first, or ask the desk to send it as part of the same request.

Changes to These 11xplay Terms of Use

These 11xplay terms get updated when something real changes — a payout window, a deposit floor, a market rule. The updated version replaces the old one on this page, and continuing to use your 11xplay ID after that means you are working under the new version.

Nothing here overrides what the 11xplay desk tells you about a specific case. A dispute about one bet is settled on the ledger and the conversation around it, not on a paragraph written months earlier.
